Getting started

1. Register your store

Open the app and sign up with your email as an admin. A magic link logs you in — no password needed.

2. Create your first checklist

Add items, and mark any item as photo-required or comment-required. Set it to daily if needed.

3. Invite your staff

Open the staff screen and share the QR code or invite link. Staff join by tapping it — no passwords.

4. Run checks and export

Staff run checks with OK/NG, photos and comments. Export any record to PDF or CSV in one tap.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log in? I don't see a password field.
CheckFlow uses passwordless login. Admins enter their registered email and receive a magic link to sign in. Staff simply open the invite link or scan the QR code their admin sent.
Do staff need to create an account?
No. Admins invite staff with a QR code or link. Staff join with one tap — there are no passwords to create or remember.
Can I attach photos to a check?
Yes. You can require a photo and/or a comment on any checklist item, and attach multiple photos per item.
How do I export records?
Open any execution record and tap share to export a PDF report, or export the whole history as a CSV file that opens in Excel.
How do reminders work?
Mark a checklist as required daily. If it isn't completed by end of day, the store's admins get a push notification.
Is my data shared across devices?
Yes. CheckFlow syncs through our own secure server, so admins and staff always see the same up-to-date checklists and history.
What's included in the free plan?
One store, a few staff and checklists, and 30 days of history. Upgrade any time for unlimited staff, unlimited checklists and long-term history.
Which businesses is CheckFlow for?
Restaurants, cafes, retail, hotels, cleaning, care, factories, facility management and multi-store chains — anywhere daily checks matter.
