Privacy Policy

CheckFlow ("the app", "we") is a business checklist and inspection tool operated by netflowers. This policy explains what we collect, how we store it and your choices.

Information we collect

We only collect what's needed to run the service: the email address an admin uses to log in; store and staff names; the checklist records you create, including item results, comments and photos; and a device token used to send push notifications. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored on our own dedicated server located in Japan, over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access is limited to the store you belong to, controlled by admin and staff roles.

Third parties and payments

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your card details. Push notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification service.

Children's privacy

CheckFlow is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Deleting your data & contact

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data from our server. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@netflowers.co.jp.
